Steve & Bucky - Catatonic Bucky, vengeful (dark?) Steve

(Anonymous) 2014-10-01 08:43 am (UTC)(link)
It doesn't take Steve and Sam all that long to find Bucky. Mostly, because when they do find him, he's catatonic. Breathing and occasionally blinking, but nothing else. (Why, when, and where up to author.)

Steve...well, Steve doesn't handle this so well.

Bucky may not be able to be angry about what he's suffered at Hydra's hands, but Steve figures he's got enough anger for the both of them. So, he leaves Bucky in Bruce and Sam's capable hands and heads out.

This time, he takes no prisoners.

And after each mission, Steve makes sure to come back and resume his vigil at Bucky's bedside, and describes in great detail how many agents were still in the building when he collapsed it, who he killed personally because he saw their name in the Winter Soldier file, how many fewer people there are in the world who can ever hurt Bucky again.

FILL: Steve & Bucky - Catatonic Bucky, vengeful (dark?) Steve

(Warnings for talk of violence, of course.)

SHIELD was never not Hydra. The SSR might’ve had a chance, but SHIELD is not salvageable. And Steve doesn’t plan on even trying.

The first installation he hits, he intends to take prisoners, to get intel to help Bucky (who still hasn’t said a word since they found him, sitting cross-legged on the mall outside the Smithsonian). But it’s a recaliration site. They have a chair.

There was this one time, in the war, when Steve got hit with some new weapon while they attacked one of Hydra’s factories. It burned, and it was cold, and then he went down and didn’t wake up for 12 hours – he knows because Bucky counted. Bucky told him.

And Bucky said, “Hopefully those plans were just at that site, ‘cause no one got outta there alive, Stevie.”

No one got outta there alive, Stevie.

He’d intended to take prisoners. It doesn’t work out that way.

And when he gets back to New York, to Bucky curled up in the smallest space he can find, he kneels down and he blinks back tears, and he says, “No one got outta there alive, Buck.”

Bucky doesn’t react.

“Cap, we could use your help,” Fury says.

“Please, come in,” Coulson requests.

“Hey, your boy smiled today,” Sam reports.

Steve speeds up the takedown and goes home to New York.

He doesn’t know if Bucky is listening. Doesn’t know if Bucky’s alive in there to hear. But Bucky spent 23 years taking care of Steve, Bucky died for Steve, and then while Steve slept, Bucky –

Steve had promised, hadn’t he, that he wasn’t stopping until all of Hydra was dead or captured. But he did stop. He did stop, and Hydra was captured, and he looks at Bucky, staring down at the floor, hair long and messy, pale and sad –

This time, he’s not stopping and there’s no capturing.

“Captain Rogers,” Coulson says, “we need information.”

“Cap,” Barton says, “me and Nat found somewhere you outta check out.”

“Steve,” Sam says, “your boy rejected the banana and grabbed an apple instead.”

It’s never going to get much better. Bruce and Sam have done their best, and as far as they can tell, Bucky is in there. But he’s hiding. He doesn’t trust anything or anything. He’s terrified.

He’s been terrified for 70 years and that’s Steve’s fault.

So until Hydra is dead, until he sees that with his own two eyes, he’s going back out there and he’s scorching the earth, and then he comes home to Bucky, and he settles down by wherever Bucky’s hiding now, and he tells him, “No one got outta there alive, Buck.”

“You should know,” Steve says when Coulson tracks him down to Stark’s lab, where Stark’s making modifications to the suit, “Director, that if I get even the slightest hint your SHIELD is infected –” He looks Coulson right in the eye and he smiles.

“Captain,” Coulson says, “I assure you –” Steve tilts his head. Coulson closes his mouth. Stark huffs a laugh, shaking his head.

“Captain,” Coulson starts again, “I understand your rage. But we need information we cannot get when you keep executing everyone who might know something.”

Steve turns back to Stark.

“And,” Coulson continues, “if we could debrief Sergeant Barnes –”

Steve has him against the wall, feet dangling off the floor, before he even realizes he’s moved. “Do not,” he orders, “go anywhere near Bucky. You or anyone you send. I’ve told you, and Fury, and your doctors and your scientists.”

Coulson’s doing his best to maintain that stoic face, but Steve can see the fear in his eyes, feel how much he’s trembling. “Listen to me,” Steve says softly. “Director, are you listening?”

“Yes, Captain,” Coulson says.

Steve lets him drop, but leans in close to say, “You need to understand. There are no words, in any language, that explain how much more Bucky Barnes means to me than you or your organization or your ideals ever will.”

Coulson nods. “Mr. Stark. Captain. I’ll see myself out.”

Stark says, “Best not take any detours, Agent. I’m thinking Cap won’t like it.” His smirk is just a little cold – since they learned of Coulson’s survival, he hasn’t treated Coulson the same. Stark doesn’t like being lied to.

“Look, Cap,” Stark says when they’re alone but for the robots, “I swear – you keep your boy here, and no one can get him.”

Hydra killed Stark’s parents and they used their asset to do it. Stark knows that. It’s in the file that he and Natasha cobbled together, that Bruce and Sam damn neared memorized, all in an effort to help Bucky.

There’s not much of the asset left. He hasn’t been violent. Hasn’t disobeyed a single sentence, whether phrased as a question or a statement. He’s just… there, somewhere inside his head, and Steve hopes that one day he feels safe enough to come out.

“Thank you,” Steve says. “I… I need to go to the gym.”

“Destroy whatever you like,” Stark says, turning back to the specs for the suit. “I’ll just keep on replacing it, Cap.” Steve isn’t supposed to hear the muttered, “Least I can do,” so he ignores it and keeps walking.

After Steve leaves the gym down another three punching bags and a long, scalding shower, Steve goes to Bucky’s room. Natasha’s there, reading aloud; Steve leans against the wall just outside the door and listens – she’s reading him The Velveteen Rabbit. A long time ago, Bucky and Bucky’s ma read it to the girls.

He waits until Natasha’s finished, hoping neither of them can hear the sobs he tries so hard to stifle, and when Natasha comes out, she pats his shoulder. “He’s alive, Steve. Remember that.”

Steve nods, wiping his eyes, and when he goes in, Bucky meets his gaze before looking back down at the book, tracing the illustration on the cover with his right hand.

“Hey, Bucky,” Steve says.

Bucky looks at him again and holds out the book.

“Okay,” Steve says. He’s not sure if he can take the place Natasha left on the bed; he’s so much bigger than her. Doesn’t want to crowd Bucky. But Bucky – scoots over a little.

So Steve, as carefully as he knows how, settles beside Bucky, arranges the book so they both can see it, and starts to read.

When he dreams, he always sees the Bucky that was before the war. The Bucky that once told Rebecca, “You gotta be gentle,” when she tried to pick up their neighbor’s kitten. The Bucky that taught Olivia to throw a punch and that she was never too good to kick a guy in the nuts. The Bucky that cuddled with Julia after her first sweetheart broke her heart and promised there were better guys out there if she wanted one.

The Bucky that shook his head at Steve and wanted to invent things that let them go to the stars and always finished the fights that Steve started.

He tells Bucky, “No one got outta there alive, Buck,” and he waits every time to hear Bucky say, “Rogers, you numbskull, when you gonna stop fighting?”

He’ll keep waiting.

Steve got injured in WWII

(Anonymous) 2014-10-03 09:31 pm (UTC)(link)
This is true. In the first movie, after he rescues Bucky but before the Commandos actually go on any missions, we see Steve in his service uniform (the scene where Peggy shoots at him). He's got a couple of badges and medals already, one of which is a Purple Heart.

Now, since he'd only been in one combat situation, that has to mean he got injured on the rescue mission. Or, I suppose, that he was doing some stuff we didn't see during the USO tour (chasing down more Hydra agents?).

So, what happened?

(Just FYI, he also had a Combat Infantryman badge and a parachutist badge, which means he did get some actual military training before/during his time doing the USO tour.)

Steve/Bucky, praise kink

Modern setting (either AU or post-Winter Soldier), they are in a steady relationship.
It doesn't have to be in a sexual setting, I would just love to read some fluffy praise!kink :)

Fem!Steve/Bucky,fem!Steve/Howard; Good old fashioned adultery

(Anonymous) 2014-10-05 04:57 am (UTC)(link)
Non-powers AU

So Steve has been in a marriage of convenience with Howard for nearly two years (married him to get out of a girls' home, to get off the streets, up to the anon). It's not a particularly happy marriage, but it gives her a place to sleep, and Howard isn't abusive (just unfaithful).

Steve is happy until she meets one of her new neighbors, a disabled soldier newly returned from the War.

Just give me some good old fashioned adultery, and if Steve ends up pregnant with Bucky's kid (-cough-Tony-cough-), then bonus points to you!

Even more bonus points if Steve still goes by 'Steve' even though her name is either Stephanie, or Stella or whatever.

Bucky - Edge of Tomorrow-esque

(Anonymous) 2014-10-06 06:06 am (UTC)(link)
Bucky has lived too many lives.

It all starts, and ends, on that damn train. He's gone back a hundred times, tried it a hundred different ways.

If he doesn't draw fire away from Steve, Steve's hit and Zola escapes and goes on to create a super soldier army and destroys everything.

If he doesn't hold on and lets go too quick, Steve follows him out the train and down the cliffs, and Hydra uses Bucky to drive him insane and Captain America ends up burning the world to ash.

If he doesn't fall at all, Steve never puts that plane in the arctic and they lose nearly half of the east coast to the attacks and the guilt puts Steve in an early grave.

If he doesn't, if he doesn't, if he doesn't...

Over and over again, Bucky lives until he dies, trying to get it right (keep Stevie alive, protect the world, minimize the damage and death). He never makes it to what would count as old age, never grows a gray hair. It goes wrong and he starts over. The only life that seems to hold the best options for everyone (except Bucky) is the one that leads to the creation of the Winter Soldier.

The only way to keep as many people as safe as possible is to live that life of torture and pain. And then find a way to make this reality stick, of course.

Of Many (1/?)

OP, I'm so sorry. This isn't quite what you wanted, and I apologize for that. This prompt really caught my imagination, though, so here's hoping it's at least a little close.

Of Many

The cube's warm in his hands, the surface strangely yielding. Its glow is soft and pretty, like department store Christmas lights or the sheen of a half-moon.

And whatever Bucky knows about it, whatever he's heard, those words sure as hell don't do much to quiet the way the thing's voice throbs in time with his heartbeat. "Anything," it seems to whisper. Bucky's got it in two hands, but only the flesh one can feel it.

The left hand's smooth and sleek and polished, and even on his good days he can barely remember a time when it wasn't.

"Anything, huh?" Bucky licks his lips, and the world shimmers around him.

He tries it the easy way, the first time, like the coward Steve's never believed he is.

Bucky's still waking clammy with night sweats, phantom hands on him and Zola's voice in his head. He's still jumping at shadows and talking big. He's pretending he doesn't see the way Steve looks at him, the way they all look at him, like he's cracked around the edges and some of the pieces are starting to crumble.

Only this time — this time when they try to give him a discharge, he crams what little owns in his duffel and ships off for the states.

He slings an arm around Steve's shoulders before he goes, tries to ignore how much broader they've become. "Quit looking for trouble, you dumb punk."

And Steve answers, "Wouldn't be any fun anyway, without you around to give a heart attack."

When Bucky steps onto the ship that'll take him home, he feels like the weight of the world's slid right off his shoulders.

In Brooklyn, his ma wraps bony arms around him and kisses his cheeks and forehead. The potatoes at dinner have some butter in them, and that's a miracle and a half all by itself, with the war rations still on.

They put him up in his kid sister's room, just till he can get on his feet again, and he goes to sleep in an honest-to-God bed. And that first night, when he wakes up gasping, a pinched face and round glasses shimmering like a heat mirage behind his eyes, Becca slips her little hand into his.

"It was just a dream," she tells him, so solemn, and Bucky looks into eyes the color of his own and thinks, I'm gonna get to see her wedding this time.

Four months later, Steve comes home in a sleek black coffin, draped in a flag.

bucky/steve lingerie

(Anonymous) 2014-10-06 02:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Part of Bucky's therapy is learning to reclaim his body as his. This includes learning when he does and doesn't want to be touched, but also feeling happy and content within himself. While learning that his body belongs to him and no one else, he realizes somehow that he likes wearing frilly things. But for him to wear frilly things is taboo- but his therapist told him to do what makes him feel good- and finally he says 'fuck it, this is awesome'

Steve/Bucky, Bucky turning tricks for medicine money

(Anonymous) 2014-10-07 09:59 pm (UTC)(link)
During a routine Avengers get-together someone starts a how did I lose my virginity game. Bucky, whose memory is still spotty and largely bereft of context, volunteers it was in the early 1930s, to a guy called Jeremy. Because Sam instilled a therapy policy to let him talk, react to nothing, and ask innocuous follow-up questions, they learn it was January, in a back alley, and he got money for it, which he used to buy medicine.

Steve reacts poorly, but tries to hold it together.

Bucky Barnes: Over-Concerned White Mother [short fill]

(Anonymous) 2014-10-08 08:07 pm (UTC)(link)
Going into the city with Steve was something that Bucky swore was shorting his life by a few minutes.

It didn't matter that he was an ex-super assassin who had survived (for lack of a better word) the second World War, turning around to ask Steve Hey, should I cut my hair and seeing the man practically hopping over cars to get to a hot-dog vender was going to give Bucky a heart attack.

"Christ on a cracker, Steve, seriously? I turn around for two seconds and you're playin' chicken with some Range Rover?" He was upset that he now had to look up to scold the blond.

Steve shrugged a broad shoulder, chomping down on a hot-dog and offering the other to Bucky. "I need to eat a lot to keep me going, you know that."

Bucky reluctantly took the hot-dog and took a giant bite out of it, glowering up (dammit) at the blond before his gaze caught something else.

A mother was tugging her son along on a (funnily enough) Captain America harness and leash. The son was attempting to wander off, but one forceful tug from the mother put him in line. Bucky hummed and then pointed over to the pair. "That's what I need to get you."

Steve/Bucky, HYDRA's been pimping Bucky out

(Anonymous) 2014-10-08 04:51 pm (UTC)(link)
I can't imagine there wouldn't be some people in HYDRA over the years who recognised the Winter Soldier as Bucky Barnes. Some of them might have gotten off on the idea of fucking an American hero. So maybe, since he was already awake, the handlers sent him out on a different kind of assignments, the kind that involves beds. Maybe it was part of a funding scheme? Or a status thing? If you're a big enough name, and supply enough green to the cause, your reward is a night with the Winter Soldier.

And Bucky may not remember everything that happened to him, but sometimes a face, a scent, would jog his memory, and he'd get a whole download in one go. Maybe while watching the news, or during a meeting with a VIP.

Steve/Bucky, reverse memory loss

(Anonymous) 2014-10-10 07:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Instead of the reverse that we usually see, Bucky remembers everything about his life up until the moment he lost his identity, whether that was in the fall or after it, when he was being tortured. (OP would prefer after; it's angstier, and I always figured he gave up trying to hold on after they told him Steve died, but whichever works for author!anons.) However, it's all a big blank until after that last wipe we saw in the movie. (So basically once he gets his head on right, Bucky remembers losing himself, waking with no memory of his life as Bucky Barnes, being told to kill Steve, and then regaining his memories of Bucky Barnes on the helicarrier, but nothing inbetween.) Now, the Soldier's memories are the ones coming back slowly, in fits and starts, instead of the other way around like we usually see, where the Soldier only slowly relearns Bucky's memories. (I hope that makes sense?) Bucky has nightmares, gets triggered at the worst times, like in public or during sex, and he's terrified it'll never slow down or stop. (But of course, it eventually does.) Aw man, please tell me if this makes sense. I'd be happy to clarify!

BONUS POINTS for being confused and really fucking terrified but trying not to show it, clinging to Steve as his touchstone, the one thing he knows is constant and real. Maybe he has to talk out the memories as they come to purge them, because they're too big and too scary to stay in his head.
DOUBLE BONUS POINTS for him encountering HYDRA or the chair or a cryo tank; the body remembers that stuff, and it will trigger the mind to remember it too.

Bucky/Steve - Emotional Whump

(Anonymous) 2014-10-12 06:04 am (UTC)(link)
I'm really craving some emotional whump on the part of Steve. After finding and recovering Bucky, he feels unbearable guilt, to the point where he honestly thinks he's ruined Bucky's life. Maybe Bucky remembers some of their pre-war life, and bluntly tells him about some of the stuff he remembers doing for Steve (skeevy things he did to get money for Steve's meds, or dates he abandoned to walk home with Steve, or living in a low-end apartment because it was one of the few with rents Steve could afford to split with him). And, of course, there's the guilt about convincing Bucky to join the Commandos-accompanied by the guilt of not going to look for him after the fall--he feels like he should've let him take leave, he was tortured, that he had been selfish.

Basically: Steve feels Bucky would've been better off having never known him. He knows that Bucky made his own choices, that it's truly HYDRA's fault, but his rationalizations don't quash his miserableness.

Steve/Bucky, limited access to speech

(Anonymous) 2014-10-13 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
Recently I saw this post on Tumblr, about autistic people who sometimes do not have 100% access to speech:

Post-TWS, Bucky is back with Steve and recovering, but due to trauma (not physical reasons) he can't do much talking. He's still Bucky - he still has opinions on stuff, he's still expressive, he still communicates when he can. Sometimes he might use notepads or be able to get ideas across by answering yes-or-no questions with headshakes and nods. But he has limited access to speech.

SCENARIO 1: Similar to one or more of the situations above. I'd actually like a Bucky of extremely few words rather than no words--because Hydra permitted him to speak, but only the bare amount. Maybe he's able to say things like yes/no, please/thank you, and names, but nothing complex.

SCENARIO 2: an "I am Groot" scenario where the only word Bucky can manage is Steve's name, but he can say it in a thousand different ways, and Steve, who knows him better than anyone, can practically understand it. A sharp warning cry when Steve's in danger, desperate pleading when Bucky's frightened or triggered, a soft sigh when they're huddled together in bed, Bucky's face buried in his neck, and he finally feels safe, etc.

Whether it's permanent or whether he gradually regains the use of speech is up to you. If you're going with the latter route, I would love to see a relapse day somewhere in there!

Steve/Bucky, getting the arm fixed

(Anonymous) 2014-10-13 03:30 am (UTC)(link)
For whatever reason, Bucky HAS to get his arm worked on. He's been putting it off for ages; he doesn't want to sit in one of those chairs, he doesn't want to see the inner workings of the arm (dysphoria much?), he doesn't like having the arm touched, the arm being worked on is physically painful and emotionally distressing, it leaves him physically and emotionally vulnerable (ESPECIALLY if any amount of anesthesia is involved), it's triggering, it's terrifying (he was conscious when they cut off part of his arm, after all), and it's embarrassing.

But there's really no getting around it. So the deal is that Steve, the ONLY person Bucky trusts, will go with him. Steve will sit in the chair and let Bucky lean back into him and hold Bucky, Steve will set up a curtain so Bucky can't see the arm, and Bucky can look at him instead, Steve will hold his right hand and let him squeeze as much as he wants, Steve will be there and make sure no one harms Bucky when he's too distressed or woozy from drugs to defend himself, Steve will keep soothing him and grounding him, Steve will make sure nothing bad happens.

It doesn't go perfectly smoothly, but it goes. Lots of frightened!Bucky and Steve murmuring assurances...without actually infantilizing him or treating him like a baby. Bucky's a grown-ass man, he's just been through some serious shit. Steve treats him as his lover, an equal - not a child.

Basically my kink is the most triggering and distressing and frightening of possible scenarios for Bucky, which he goes into willingly as long as Steve swears to be there for every bit of it, because Steve is his single constant in which he places unshakable faith.

Steve/Bucky, Alpha/Omega courting story + fluff

(Anonymous) 2014-10-13 04:50 pm (UTC)(link)
(Very) rich Alpha!Steve meets bartender Omega!Bucky. They befriend each other, Steve feels in love first and decides to court Bucky. And spoils him immensely in the process.

I just want to read a very fluffy version of a courting story :)

+ Steve being from a very wealthy family and still a Captain (doesn't have to still be in the military at this point).
++ Bonus for Sam, Nat, Clint, the Howling Commandos and Peggy & Sharon Carter to cheer from the sides (and take bets on how long it's gonna take before Bucky says yes).

Bucky and Steve, gen, SHIELD (or some other 'good guy') Prisoner.

(Anonymous) 2014-10-15 02:34 am (UTC)(link)
Shortly post CA:TWS, Bucky is taken into custody by whatever is left of SHIELD (or maybe some other Government organisation that is not HYDRA) and is kept in a very secure facility and they either cannot or will not get in contact with Steve to let him know they have Bucky. And Bucky somehow comes to believe that Steve has died due to the injuries he inflicted on him (maybe someone tells him so or maybe he comes to the conclusion himself because these guys are meant to be good and Steve is good but Steve is not here and nobody will let him see Steve).
Maybe his guards are abusive/neglectful or maybe Bucky is just really traumatized by what HYDRA did to him (lashing out, cowering in fear, night terrors, etc.) and they can't offer anything better (because he is too dangerous/can’t find any drugs that work on him), or maybe it is a bit of both, but when Steve finally finds him, Bucky is a mess and Steve deals accordingly.

Basically I would love to see a scared/traumatised, hurt Bucky being ‘rescued’ by Steve, who he thought was dead.

GEN or Bucky/Steve, pre-WW2 Bucky meets WS

Time travel or other (maybe a clone with only pre-war memories, I dunno) shenanignas causes innocent, bright-eyed Bucky to come face to face with WS. Maybe Bucky just before he's to ship out for Europe.

People taking care of Steve

(Anonymous) 2014-10-15 07:00 am (UTC)(link)
Now that Steve has a serumed body, everybody thinks he can take of himself and doesn't need help. It's even more pronounced in the 21st century, with the legend built over Captain America for seventy years. Sam is the first one, in two years, who realized that Steve was a vet with PTSD and his own set of issues, after all.

Basically all I want to read is people taking care of Steve: Natasha, Sam, Fury?, Bucky (once he is back on his feet and in a good place mentally), Clint, Maria Hill, and so on.

Steve/Bucky or GEN, Bucky vs Thor's hammer

[personal profile] keire_ke 2014-10-15 02:37 pm (UTC)(link)
(for reasons of comedy)

Bucky's working with the Avengers. He's been apprised of the Hammer's properties, so when he's running down a hill, chased by something enormous with teeth, and sees the Hammer just lying there, handle in the air, and thinks hey, perfect, gonna slide down, grab it, it won't move, I'm gonna change direction and the ugly thing chasing me will smash into the [hard, crushable place]. This plan has no drawbacks.

Except the plans has one drawback: the Hammer doesn't stay in place. Cue very confused Bucky flying through a window/thin wall with the Hammer in his hand, followed by the ugly critter trying to eat him. And then the rubble is struck by lightening.

(as an added bonus, Steve totally called it, and now everyone owes him money. Except Tony. Tony bet a home-cooked meal cooked by him personally)

Gen or Steve/Bucky, Bucky has feeling in his metal arm

(Anonymous) 2014-10-15 05:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Bucky has full sensation in his metal arm, and for a long time nobody knows that.

Tony notices that Bucky gets really tense and kinda freaked out when his arm is being worked on, and figures it's PTSD. But one day, he's repairing it and finds out/realizes that Bucky can actually *feel* the parts in his arm being cut into, etc and it hurts like hell.

Turns out Hydra conditioned him into just keeping still and quiet when his arm was being worked on, and Tony etc just assumed that a prosthetic arm couldn't feel and didn't think to ask. Bucky, on the other hand, assumed that Tony did know and was hurting him on purpose to get revenge (for the Winter Soldier having killed his parents) and felt like he deserved it. You know what they say about assumptions.

After they find out, the Avengers try to find ways to make Bucky's arm feel good.

This could be gen friendship fic, or slash (Steve sucking on Bucky's fingers, maybe?).

Bucky/pre-serum Steve - "I'm not gay but I can pretend for you."

(Anonymous) 2014-10-16 06:15 am (UTC)(link)
Set pre-CA:FA: Bucky is straight, Steve is gay, and Bucky worries about him - lots of bad stuff can happen to an openly queer guy in the 1940s, he could get beaten up or arrested (no way Steve would survive in jail), guys who don't know him might accidentally hurt him (not like he'll tell them to go easy on him, not Steve), he could catch pneumonia from being on his knees in a damp alley somewhere...

Bucky frets every time Steve goes out. If only he had a steady fella Bucky could give the shovel talk and make sure he treated Steve right, but Steve insists he's not interested in romance, it's just to get off. Finally Bucky can't stand it anymore and offers to be Steve's go-to guy. Showing his best friend a good time can't be all that different from doing it with a dame, surely...? Turns out there's a lot Bucky has to learn, including a few things about himself.

- Bucky doesn't know anything about gay sex so Steve has to explain everything. Being Steve, he does so carefully, using a lot of words. And lovingly hand-sketched diagrams. Bucky is pretty sure half the things Steve wants are physically impossible (turns out they aren't).

- Really awkward blowjobs, both giving and receiving. Bucky wants to show Steve a good time but, um. It's a dick. In his mouth. And it's a little weird how much Steve loves returning the favour.

- Bucky ends up enjoying it a lot more than he expected. He's still not attracted to men, a handsome fella won't turn his head on the street, but with Steve, well, maybe he doesn't have to pretend all that much after all.

Steve/Bucky, Bucky can't even with Steve's new big dick (post-serum)

(Anonymous) 2014-10-16 02:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Bucky loved bottoming for Steve back in Brooklyn, but the serum made *everything* bigger, and Steve is now too big for Bucky to take comfortably.

Basically, bad/awkward (and preferably funny) sex caused by Steve's new huge dick.

Bucky/Steve - What if HYDRA had kidnapped Steve before CATWS ?

(Anonymous) 2014-10-17 07:51 pm (UTC)(link)
After the events of Avengers (and before Steve starts to work for SHIELD), HYDRA/Pierce decides that letting Captain America free is too dangerous for their future goal. So they kidnap him.

After not having heard from him for almost a week, SHIELD check on Steve and find him gone. They search everywhere for him, even put all the Avengers on the search, but they find nothing because HYDRA is inside SHIELD thwarting them at every step.

Meanwhile, Steve is held in one of HYDRA's many secret compound. Most of the time, Steve is in the cryo chamber but from time to time someone come to take him to the chair, where they try to erase his memories and brainwash him with the technique they perfected on Bucky.

A year pass and the Winter Soldier is taken out of cryo in preparation for Project Insight. And thanks to an incompetent HYDRA agent, he comes face to face with Steve, in the chair, screaming as he is electrocuted.

Pierce is furious that this was allowed to happen, because Steve definitively still has most of his memories of the 40s and he would easily recognize Bucky. Thankfully Steve was too out of it to see the winter soldier.

What Pierce doesn't know is that the winter soldier recognized Steve and was horrified to see him in pain (although he kept a blank face). He never even thought of doing something against orders, but the winter soldier can't leave someone he care about suffering there. So he sneak into the cryo chamber, kidnap Steve and leave the country.

Steve is very confused when he wakes up as he doesn't remember that he's in the future or even most of what happened during the war (although he remember enough to know that he's Captain America).
But having Bucky with him means that he isn't freaking out too much, he trust Bucky more than anything in the world and he doesn't want to go back to HYDRA to be frozen and electrocuted again.
Bucky is only a little less confused than Steve but not by much. He remembers a bit of his childhood and the war, but have no idea what he was doing in between as the winter soldier. He just knows that he had to obey HYDRA and that now protecting Steve is more important. So they need to get far away and hide.

Sadly for them, having Steve out of an HYDRA compound for the first time in a year meant that SHIELD and the Avengers finally have a trail to follow again. And of course, HYDRA is also trying to capture back their assets and they're using SHIELD's finding to follow them.
