Stucky Silent Hill 2 AU

It's been a long time after Bucky's death in the mountains and Steve's awakening from the ice, but he still feels guilt over his inability to save him. One day he finds a letter claiming to be from Bucky in the present telling him to meet in their "special place". Thinking it's a prank, he goes there anyway only to meet a mysterious man who looks and sounds like Bucky, but calls himself the Winter Soldier.
