Exactly what it says on the tin. Stella Rogers finds herself falling madly in love with SSR's British liason.

Also, Stella is openly female - she's part of the WAC. Propaganda / the comics might give her a made up twin brother Steve who's doing all the cool stuff while she opperates the radio or something, but it comes out relatively soon that, yeah, she was leading a Special Ops team on the frontlines. (Up to you if rest of the brass knew about this)

+100: fem!Bucky, who's also bi, but she and Steve are incompatible romantically so there's no jealousy, just sisterly teasing. (Like, Becky isn't the kind to settle, Stella wants the long haul)
+1000: some way of ensuring a happy ending, if you go all the way to the modern era. Stella never went into the ice and Becky never fell? Peggy gets deaged in the modern era? She got the super soldier serum (or some version of the Immortality Serum from the comics) and didn't age? A copy of Agent Carter era Peggy got thrown forward in time? Really just want BAMF!Peggy kicking ass (well, punching people in the face) alongside the Capfam (just... Becky, Stella, Sam, Sharon, and Peggs being their own superhero team....doubly so with fem!Sam Wilson, I'd die of glee)
