Sam/Steve or Bucky/Steve, mpreg, domesticity, feminization, possible dsymorphia

I don't care how, as long as it's fairly logical, but somehow Steve gets pregnant, either by Sam or Bucky (whoever you prefer), and, unfortunately, it happens to be after the serum somehow wears off. So he's back to his scrawny, sickly old self, except now he's even weaker and more helpless, and is not very amused by how overprotective whoever got him pregnant is being.

Eventually, Tony does manage to fix the super serum, but not till after Steve's had a baby, and in the process of having a baby, has developed a more... feminine shape. Something the serum doesn't necessarily get rid of.

I'm not sure what I'm looking for plotwise but a happy sort of ending, with Steve's partner being encouraging and as empathetic as they can manage, would be nice. No alpha/beta/omega dynamics, though. PLEASE make the fact that Steve is pregnant a totally unheard of occurrence. Also if you plan on making this one of those "oh my goooddd we're havin a baaaabeeeh" mpreg fics rather than a more realistic "i am a guy and being pregnant sucks and is weird and i hate it" fic pls dont bother. definitely looking for the latter.
