... guess what I started writing this morning?
So, I figure he remembers everything since the programming began breaking down as he left Steve on the riverbank. And he’ll probably remember that time he got away from Hydra for a few months, too. Is that alright?

Also, I've decided that he doesn't remember getting the arm. They tested the mindwipe procedure before going ahead with attaching the prosthesis; hope that's alright. I figure that ups the angst a little bit. *shrugs*
