Steve/Bucky, Bucky/others, underage, prostitution, abuse
(Anonymous) 2014-08-29 06:53 am (UTC)(link)Steve runs an inner-city program for at-risk youths, teaching them skills and helping them find jobs. He funds the art class himself and provides all the supplies. His colleagues argue that he should putting that money toward something more important, like beds or food, but Steve knows these kids need some kind of creative outlet too. Bucky starts hanging around and show real skill in class, and sometimes stays after to watch Steve sketch. Steve naturally takes an interest in him.
Bucky becomes attached instantly, desperate for someone decent like Steve to take care of him. And he's willing to do anything to make it happen.
Bonus points if Steve catches one of his colleagues (Rumlow?) taking advantage of Bucky and rescues him angrily.
Happy ending would be great!
