this is SO good. i love your steve voice, and how very much you're hitting the 'self-sacrificing' part of the whole thing; all of this rings very true.

Hah, blame Chris Evans and the scriptwriters for how strongly Steve's voice comes across. And stubbornly self-sacrificing bastards are like... my uber-kink, so yeah. Glad you're liking it so far!
