SPOILERS Gen or Steve/Spoiler, Spoiler has panic attacks caused by flashbacks

Post-WS, Bucky develops bad anxiety and will have panic attacks. So maybe something like 5 times Bucky had a flashback and one of the Avengers helped him calm down, and one time Bucky help calm someone else down (preferably Steve)
