As well as the powers they have canonically, all Black Panthers can turn into a feline alternate form. A literal black panther if you want to go for badassery (and obey conservation of mass), a cute black kitty if you want to go for maximum adorable.
You can include other thematically appropriate shapeshifting characters if you like, or make it a unique Black Panther power.
