Orphan Black crossover (contains massive spoilers for OB)

Instead of going to Dyad, the Duncans got their clone research funded by Hydra on the condition that they be used as sleeper agents. The genetic material used to make them is actually a mix of Steve and Bucky's DNA, making them their "daughters" so to speak. Their adopted parents? All Hydra agents/associates. The paths they took in life? Meticulously mapped out from the time they were babies. But Amelia still escapes pregnant with Sarah and Helena, who grow up completely outside Hydra's control and later start causing trouble for Hydra's plans.

Bonus for
+ Sarah forming a friendship with Steve before learning that he's one of her biological fathers
+ Beth, Alison, and/or Cosima going rogue
+ Charlotte being rescued before she can be brainwashed and getting adopted by the Avengers.
+ When Bucky reemerges as the Winter Soldier, the clones have to deal with one of their dads being a ruthless assassin
+ Mrs. S having some connection to Hydra ('cause lets be honest, she has connections to everything)
