After his parents die when he is still young, Steve is sent to live with Irish relatives in England. He misses Bucky a lot, but his new friend (neighbor?) Peggy is just as brash and protective in some ways. It would be great to see some snippets of their childhood and adolescence together, ending up with both of them joining up - pre-serum!Steve joins SOE or SSR with Peggy, maybe even helps with Project Rebirth, maybe even gets the serum eventually!
