Wolverine/Steve, bottom!Steve

Logan hates authority figures. If you give him an order worth following, he might follow it, after a fashion. Steve really, really hates that. So Steve does some alpha male posturing to cow his difficult teammate. It doesn't turn out very well.

I am so torn up over this.

I love rebel!Logan so much. So so so much.

But I loathe ControlFreak!Cap with a passion and can't bring myself to write it.

Plus I think Wolvie domming Cap feels sort of contradictory... "You don't control me so I'm gonna control you" instead? It goes beyond rebellion and into being a control freak himself.

But in spite of my oh-so-big conflicts over this I absolutely support defiant, anti-authority Wolvie and thank you for remembering how central to Logan's personality that trait is.

Not OP, but I could see this working in Logan kinda of troll-topping Steve. Less trying to control him, more 'lol you think you can boss me around, bet you like it more anyhow'. Maybe?

OP here! Well, the idea wasn't so much that topping was retribution as that if there is porn, I'd prefer Steve to be bottoming, is all. And about the control freak thing, I was thinking it was more that Logan can be contrary as fuck and, holy cheese, how annoying would that be? I mean, in the comics (Captain America Annual #8 to be exact) their entire thing was how they rubbed each other wrong. They're after the same bad guy, but end up fighting each other because Logan decided he didn't like Steve's attitude.

Cap: "Looks like you were after this bucket of bolts, too. Couldn’t you have just said so?"
Wolvie: "I didn’t like the way you asked!"

I just thought it be fun, honestly. XD
